Hi. I installed the Anderson Composite CF Super Snake hood on my GT and Alex from Anderson said "ALL" of their CF hoods they recommend pins and heat shield. If not I think it would void their warranty. Good Luck.

I could tell by your wants, this would fit you perfect. Have you called Anderson and talked to Alex to see what's in the pipe line?. Good Luck

This is a response to my second question around painting CF hood to match OEM color + stripes, correct?

I think Cervini's 500 style hood certainly looks better than OEM, but I prefer Ram Air Hood aesthetically. Not sure which one is better from functionality point of view.
Yep, totally paintable. I have Anderson CF Vented Front fenders and I had them painted, perfect, no issue. Good Luck

yup. Seen lots of cf hoods painted. Can even get the Oem vinyl too for the stripes for an exact match

As a rule, Ram Air is useless on new cars. I have seen Ram Air used with extractors which may work?

Got it, thanks for that info. It seems like Cervini one has two extractors along with Ram Air. At this point, I guess I have to just wait for Cervini or Anderson to make one for GT350.

The hood I’m running. Anderson Composites vented GT350. The fitment is honestly better than my OEM hood. For those interested, I have a 20% off discount code for Anderson Parts. Use eightlugAC at checkout and reap those savings!

Any chance they make this for a regular GT?
