Today the AirCon AUTO button won't disable. Even the touch screen won't disable it.

Anyone having this issue so far?

Touching the auto don't turn auto off, but try changing fan speed or max ac. That should cancel auto. Does in mine anyway. I assumed that was by design

But from delivery I was able to cancel auto on the fly using the button or on screen. Max AC did not turn it off either.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery to reset the computer yet?

On occasion, mine acts a little wonky too. Can't find a pattern yet to go to my dealer over it though.

circulating inside air tends to be colder.

also, it only smells because you smell (no offense of course :)).

See if they have a charcoal cabin filter available for our cars yet.

I don't believe the Auto button is meant to be a toggle. At least it's never worked that way on mine. Pressing Auto any number of times simply enables automatic mode. Adjusting the fan speed or selecting a specific output option is what puts the system in manual mode.

Mine is doing same. Someone said theirs did different though.

Maybe I'll stop at dealership next week and see. I been wanting to drive a non pp car out of curiosity. A yellow auto vert on 20's has been flirting with my mind...

Try the following:

  • Goto the climate screen for sync; and select either the top, middle or foot vent - if none are selected it is set to auto. If one or more is set, auto is disabled.
