I’m at 14-15 with the 4.0 pulley so I’d bet those would get you to 16. Motor so far so good building a mild shortblock currently to put in and will probably send it to the 3.70 pulley.

nice,im assuming nothing crazy on the shortblock right? Pistons rods? No sleeves? Im going to go ahead with it, use that pulley for harder races and use the 4.13 for slower cars

Yeah just rods and pistons. Going to give the coolant jacket support a shot.

I’ve been at 15-16lbs for almost a year. Occasional highway runs and some track visits. That’s about the limit that Lund advised me on.

you are on an HO kit? What pulley are you on? im assuming its smaller than the pulley im about to use. I am having false knock at the moment that caused me to lose 4 degrees of timing.

Im on a 3.40 on the HO kit. Try putting some octane booster in and see if it goes away.

even if im on E85? i always test it and reads over 85
Didn’t realize you were on E. Has to be something creating false knock. Header bolts, exhaust clamps, loose manifold bolt or ect.

My catch can started hitting my fuel regulator which is metal to metal. I will check my exhaust clamps as well.. I will need to get it figured out asap before tx2k but i am taking a look at the car today.

Think i found the issue with my false knock but won't know until i log..
Idk when this might have happened since i installed this with my buddies, the left side of the intercooler is tight.. the right side was missing a bolt and the second bolt was slightly loose.... second the pipe that hold the BOV was hitting the radiator metal piece which it didnt before so i guess another screw up from my install. Will be fixing this issue ASAP
