Is there a Target number of spares AA provided for a discount or any updates on this?

I’m purchasing a spare from AA either way, just not interested in waiting too long for a 5% discount if that makes sense.
No target number but I will get back with AA by the end of this week/beginning of next week with the numbers so far and see what they say & share here.

I am also interested... I sent them an email beginning of the year to see when the kits would be back in stock, and here was the reply...

”We are hoping to have them back in stock around early summer time. I will certainly put you on our mailing list.”

...so yes, add me please.

Regardless, I’m in need of one. I’d be in on this, currently in Texas.

I'm interested. I live in SE Virginia, and could drive to AA if it helped. :)

Thank you all for your patience and sincere apologies for not providing an update yet. I admit I completely forgot about this as the weather has been pretty crappy here, and also with working from home and for lack of time, I hardly drove my car at all. So I appreciate the reminder.

I just sent another email to them, saying that shipping to one central location and then shipping to everyone individually would eat the discount but that there are 13+ seriously interested buyers and that we would appreciate any discount.

I will let you know what they say.

Well, this was a waste of time...they said they cannot provide ANY discount, unless the entire order gets shipped to one location. Cost for transport and raw material has gone up etc. Not sure what to do now and if I should just suck it up. I think a couple people here use a DYI solution with a Hyundai Equus wheel or so but not sure how well that fits in the trunk. Ford kinda screwed us with the Brembos.

Yeah, sorry guys - I tried. I'll probably order just the wheel and tire from them and get the Jack Assembly, & Lug Wrench, for which they charge $90, elsewhere. At least that saves a couple bucks. I know this is silly thinking compared to the price of my car but hey, I just don't like overpaying for stuff.

I'm sure it'll be cheaper to buy the parts ourselves.

$410 is pretty overprices for a spare wheel/tire IMO. I think I might just try and buy the two separately. Let me know if you can find the jack kit though. I tried looking in the past and could only find it packaged with the regular spare.
