A shout out to BMR Suspension for Top rate Customer service after a slight error with a part i ordered.

Last week i ordered a Bmr rear sway bar in the black Hammer tone color from American Muscle. The part arrived today i opened the Box and i got a red one. At first i thought it was American Muscle messing up another order. But the box was labeled by BMR as black hammer tone. So i called Bmr and they apologized. They were prepared to correct the situation. But i told them its the right part and the color wasn’t that big of an issue. They are shipping me an X-l BMR t- shirt tomorrow free of charge for the mishap. Awesome bunch of guys and gals there.. Thanks BMR!!!!

Good to know there are some companies that are willing to correct or make-up for a mix up. We always hear the negatives. It's good to hear about the positives.
