A Prius tried to crawl into my trunk

At a short full stop in traffic, a friggin' Prius hit me square on. My first question was "How did you miss seeing THIS car?!?" He fell asleep.
If Rip Van Winkle had been driving a real car, it could have been worse; fortunately the Prius was my crumple zone.
Exhaust, bumper some brackets etc., nothing structural and no airbag deployment.
Current estimate $9182.61 and 06/25 to complete.
I really, really dislike those Prius'ssss

Yeah, the active-valve exhaust is toast, but my Steeda H-pipe came through unscathed.

A tad louder than Track; that and the possibility that i killed the offending Prius may have been the highlights of the morning.

Friend of mine introduced me to referring to them as the Toyota Pious. I think they, and they people that buy into the hype, are the absolute worst. I hope your car is made properly whole again.

Over 9k for a bumper and mufflers? Ive seen other stuff seemed rather minor and price tags of 12k to 20k. Its like you scratch a door now and its totaling the car.

I know that there are standard rates for insurance companies, but you’re right, OEM parts get pricey.
