No way he would have still posted the video. Either the car has a blow engine and maybe a wrecked front we cant see or something and was just sitting, or he already had a new hood to put on it.

Or it wasn't his car, it was his ex-girlfriend's car, or the guy she ran off with, or more likely, he just posted:

"Hey guys, look at this, I just got 5K more clicks and 3K "likes" I'm rockin' it dude!"
