Not gonna lie, the nature of this current vaccine has me a little wary. It's not just a new vaccine, it's a new type of vaccine. I'm going to wait on the "clinical trial" of the first 100 million people before diving in. I'm also super low risk, so I'm not anywhere near the front of the line anyway. I can stay away from people for a couple months longer to wait and see if this is how the zombie apocalypse starts. I might stay away from people after I get the vaccine too

The thing that is the major red flag for me is that after you get it, nothing changes. Still have to do all the stuff as if you didn't get it. And you can still get the VID after having the vaccine! So it's like a flu shot? Only time I ever had the flu was the year I got the shot. I never get those stupid things either. Feels crazy to basically be an antivaxxer now.

My co worker got the first dose of the vaccine last Saturday. Watching him very closely. His temperature keeps going from 101 to 102.7 and he has slight headaches that resemble a throbbing one. So we shall see ...

He's 26 years old.

That’s kinda how I’m looking at it. By the time I’m eligible to take the vaccine, millions will have already had it. We’ll know if there is anything serious in terms of side effects. Of all the people I know who’ve had it, worst I’ve heard so far is two people had a sore arm for half a day.
