and stick with those specs, you will have zero issues with fitment. I even went with 35 series tires to have a better ride and because it filled up a nice chunk of the gap. I am lowering on the Steeda Dual rate, so I hope it has that perfect stance.
I have the dual rate springs as well as Magneride on mine. It can be harsh at times but I'm in Track mode for suspension most of the time. A flick of the switch when just freeway cruising and it's a bit smoother.

AR from 30 to 35 is 1.3" in overall diameter. So say 5/8" less wheel gap and 5/8" increase in ground clearance. Comparing my 275/40x19 I have now there would be a delta of 1" OA for the 35 AR and 1/2" less wheel gap. Man that's gonna be pretty close.

I'm giving up on the squared set-up. The negative camber required to tuck the top of the front wheel would be counterproductive to prolonging tire wear. Plus I wanted to keep as tall a tire as possible so I think the 295/30x20 +35 (10" wide) Fr and 315/30x20 +50 (11" wide) Rr should keep things around 27+" and keep the headers from scraping (hopefully). I've not seen if a 315 would fit up front on a 20" wheel thus the staggered set-up.

Variant Xenon in satin gunmetal will be the ticket. Thanks to all who have participated. My inspiration for this choice.

No idea if you can buy Schmidt rims in the US, but I think these are great for the Bullitt.
Depending on preference, there are two ways in which the center is made.

Dimensions
rear:11Jx20H2 ET+41
front:9.5Jx20H2 ET+35

Seems like they ship around the whole world: https://www.schmidt-wheels.com/contact/

All 3 should be pretty rare in the USA.
The three-piece ones are quite expensive, but they look really good.
Quality at Schmidt I would see on the level of BBS and OZ.
Maybe there is something for you @stungjoe, in this little glimpse over the ocean.

Thanks but I have the Velgens sitting in the garage.

Here is mine, now lowered on the Steeda Magnaride springs and a 35 series 20’ tire. No rub, no problems and I think they look good. Just installed most of the Steeda Suspension catalog for my car. Makes a huge difference!
