Can you guys and gals check your front carpet pads and see if they have anything (GT500) printed on them. I just checked mine and the didn't have anything printed on them.
I figured they would at least have GT500 on them like my 2013.

Mine were blank too and also went with Lloyds front and rear mats with the Shelby logo on the front mats.

I appreciate the replies. I was a little disappointed they didn't feel their flagship car deserved a little more attention.
I went with Weather Techs front and rear on my car, they worked out great on my 2013 and 7 years later they still look new. It was nice to see they offered black for the 2020.

The Lloyd mats I have are not the best quality. The pile matts down fairly quickly and looks beat up in what appears to be an accelerated wear.

Did you say weathertech makes quality mats?

I suppose it depends on your definition of "quality," Tom.

For me, WT's are just fine but they are the firm, molded type with sides, which is the part I like the most. Keeps all the detritus on the mat.

Like Earl, I've had them in my '14 since almost Day 1 and they look as good as the ones in Sarah.

I have a base 500

Tom, it could be the model of Lloyd's mats you have. I have always gotten their second from the top which is called the Ultimat which has a shorter pile than the Luxe mat which is their top of the line. I have a 2007 F-150 with almost 300K miles and the Ultimat mats still look really good and clean up really well. They also make a Velourtex mat with extreme short pile, like the OEM carpet in the Mustang and Loop and Berber mats which will not pile down at all.

Those are 40 oz carpet pile mats which have a little more than the Ultimat's 32 oz carpet pile but still less than the Luxe's 48 oz carpet pile. Those might be specially made for some aftermarket companies. In any case, I agree with you, any decent longer pile carpet will mat down especially under your right foot on the drivers side.

Ok, since the mats that come with our cars are generic to begin with, what is gained from replacing them before being used up? Do we store them away as a collectible portion of the as built condition? I could see this if they were a Shelby brand or show worthy but not so much. Please explain.
