Emotions.... that’s what ran the price up that high. The car is not in a wrapper and there’s no signatures or anything out of the ordinary about it.
Exactly. I have been to a few nice smaller auctions. They had pretty fluffers that would stand beside the bidder and egg them to bid more. Seems to work really well. Really seem to get things up there.

Sometimes collectors will sell a certain car to another collector who will buy high. They do this a few times and people's ears bend. So then the crazed buyers come cause they think it the next great investment.
Then collectors sell theirs and get big money. 6 months later prices start to go back where they started.
