Oapct is doing to do with the octane percentage from my understanding. Pbd said a number over 10 usually indicates a vacuum leak. What is OAPCT%
What did PBD say?
Sadly no. I went on a rally with a bunch of cars and one of the idler pulleys had a bearing go out. I'm waiting for whipple to get me a new one since it has a year warranty, but their response time is less than stellar. Once the bearing went out, it ate the belt, car start over heating... No fun! I got I pulled over immediately and ended up getting a tow. Unfortunately I was 250 miles from home. My spec clutch is also feeling weird so once I get the pulley I'm going to have a mechanic do a uv dye test to see where it's leaking and have the clutch sent back.Any updates?
Care to elaborate on this gasket?Whipple is sending out a new pulley and belt today. I'll be able to get there car to run again.
I had a got recommend checking the gasket for the brake boost. It definitely feels suspect when I put any pressure on it. Fingers crossed once everything gets here.
This little one right here between the plug that connects to the line and the brake booster. Apparent if this can cause a nice vac leak.Care to elaborate on this gasket?
Thought so..i was a bit skeptical if mine was loose or not. Hoping the new throttle body is the fix to my issues..if not..maybe ill replace this gasket. This little one right here between the plug that connects to the line and the brake booster. Apparent if this can cause a nice vac leak.
The gasket is only $15 or so. Definitely worth a shot. My first throttle body was bad, but it was the magnetic part rubbing inside.Thought so..i was a bit skeptical if mine was loose or not. Hoping the new throttle body is the fix to my issues..if not..maybe ill replace this gasket.
