The easiest way would be to adjust the speed with the cruise control. Assuming that the indicated speed is 3 km/h above the measured speed and at 90 km/h speed limit the Luxembourg Police gives you 3 km/h as well you should be fine if you set the cruise control not higher than 95 km/h.
