I'm gonna be busy in Antwerp till at least 3. Then pick up bae in Leuven. So probably gonna miss the convoi :tsk:

He is in Antwerp at least until 3PM. then from there to Leuven at that moment on a Friday might be 1h30. As I understood well he was going to drive alone unless he changes his mind?

About the "convoy" through Belgium ... as far as I see we will be only 4? So stop in Beernem then straight through to Groot-Bijgaarden and then to Shell Sud Aachen?
Then we might be much earlier if only that many stops and cars.
Let us hope some other want to join and they let us know and we decide Thursday.

Is there a general schedule yet, as my wife has seen the hotel has a spa and is eyeing it up already..... but dont want to clash with any planned outings etc.

Yes, there is. First post scroll down until you see the link for dropbox. The pdf contains our schedule, routes etc. Only one thing has changed, the timing on Saturday for our briefing which is now at 1045 hrs (not 1100).

I talked to the hotel again and managed to keep 11am as kick off timing.
We'll see if everybody has come in by 10.45 or 11am.
The location remains available for us only so no stress.

Wanted to wait till then to wash her but the birds went carpet bombing yesterday, and I didn't want to leave that on my paint with the sun out so got a quick wash in at lunch.

For those who have already been there...is there a good car wash near by. Im gonna wash it thursday or friday but after 10 mins on the autobahn my car will be peppered with bug guts again.
