What are the odds? One local to me just sold. I don’t recall the list price but I went to look at it last Saturday just because I’ve never seen the color in person before. And they had just gotten it in so it was on the market for maybe a week

Sadly they are pretty rare, not really sure why more people didn't order that color.

It’s pretty stunning in person. A little more red in it than Comp Orange in my opinion. If I had CFTP in my budget, I would’ve been driving the one at Diamond home last Saturday

Diamond always hides the listing price after it's sold. Do you recall what it was? The OP car in Minnesota is listed for $149k!

I’m trying to remember. I think it was in the $115-$120k range? It wasn’t as high as the MN listing. A good chunk of Diamond’s Shelby listings have just recently Sold or are Pending Sale. They have a Heritage CFTP that was listed for $129k I believe that just went to Sold. It’s definitely buying season here in ChiTown

The selling dealer in question here is notoriously high with prices. I've attempted to buy several cars there over time and we're always too far apart.

Someone is buying them though, they've sold two super low mile heritage CFTPs with similar listing prices (one of which I posted about), but I don't know what they actually went for.

I'm one who likes the '20 Twister Orange the best over the other two. But I got a grin out of DiamondWorks site listing when I read..

Hell, I didn't know you had to "double clutch" to shift. <BSEG>

I DID consider TO when I ordered but I thought the paint color would be a "cop magnet." :=)

Beautiful and rare example as you mentioned and will be interested to see if the OTT stripes were painted or vinyl (look like painted to me) along with what color of White stripes they are as the Ford provided Wimbledon White, Oxford White and Bright White OTT stripes this model?

The stripes look to be painted to me, as they seem to be missing the telltale gap between hood and front fascia indicative of vinyl. I haven't seen this one in person yet. Maybe they'll post a pic of the sticker with their usual slew of photos once they get to it.

No rocker stripe so to me that’s the indication it’s a painted stripe car. The vinyl stripe cars came with the rocker stripes, the painted cars did not

Agreed and if we are correct about the painted stripes are you thinking Oxford White or Wimbledon White?

Based on the pics, I'd say Oxford. They don't have the cream tone of Wimbledon.

We ordered our '22 500 w/ the OTT stripes in vinyl, but w/o the lower side stripes.

I didn't see the line item on Fords order prompt when I spec'd the car for the top only, & w/o the lower side stripes.

~3 months after ordering, (took a yr to get car) had sales manager remove the side stripes from our order (cuz I didn'thav that option at time), while leaving the top stripes in place. I was planning on removing them myself after delivery, vs trying to delete. I didn't thk it was possible to get 1 w/o the other, by looking at the order pages.

I myself could not do this, or so it appeared, when usin Fords software to specify all my options.

They took $175 off by deleting them.
Wasnt a $$ thing, just don't care for um on certain colors.

Twister was/is a great color. It certainly draws attention.
