Anyone know the specifics on exhaust? R gets 3 modes I guess while non-R gets two, the extra mode on the R sounds incredible

Either that or there just hasn't been a decent video of a 350 revving yet

Any insight is appreciated!

The exhausts are exactly the same on both with the exception that the R has the resonators deleted. They both have only 2 modes - baffles open and baffles closed.

Where did you read about 3 modes? All the literature says 2 modes for each, with a little more on the modes in the recent supplemental manual (no differentiation between the R and non-R). Only difference I know of is the inline resonators before the mufflers (eliminated on the R)

If anything the GT350 has 4 modes 2 active and 2 passive..... Baffles closed/open. Resonators on/deleted.

Just can't get enuff!
if the exhaust still one-piece like on the 5.0 or is it now multiple bolt-on pieces for the GT350 and/or R?

Good question, makes me wonder if they'd fab a whole new cat-back system just for the R, or just bolt the resonators in

I'll probably pull off the mufflers and straight pipe the GT350 like my B302's anyway:

according to fordparts.com....2 different part numbers. Not a real big deal two have 2 part numbers, but likely not a big deal for ford since im sure the welding jig can be shared.

Pictures are the same however, so hard to tell where they tie in.

does the regular gt350 have the plate under the reverse light as well? i only ask because i changed out my reverse light for an LED light, if so, i wonder how hard it is to take that out to change the light and put it back on.
