325 ET SS tires on Forgestar 19x11's?

I'm in the market for some new wheels and have decided on the Foregstar F14(19x10/19x11). Is anyone running the standard 19x11(56 offset) on a lowered S550 with a 325 rear tire without any rubbing issues? I've seen quite a few run the 19x11 SVE wheels with 50 offset and 325's without any rubbing. If my logic is correct, the Forgestar offset should keep the tire further from fender contact and I should be fine but, wanted to ask the masses. Thanks - Todd
