3.5-3.75” Pulley on P1X Procharger

Can any of you members tell me from your knowledge what a pulley at 3.75 or 3.5” would put out on my car for boost? Procharger told me on the phone my 9psi is produced with the 4.0” pulley. I’m looking to hit 12psi so 3.75” sounds close but I wanted to see if any guys on here with 350’s could tell me exactly. Thank you!

i just double checked. It’s 6.25” so right now based on the Procharger website, my blower is spinning at 52852 rpm. I’m just curious as to what pulley puts me at 12 psi. 3.25” would put me at the max rpm of 65000 rpm, which I would imagine would be up there in boost. Much past the limit my stock motor Could handle safely

From all of the reading I’ve done on here, 12 PSI on the stock voodoo is plenty.

i have long tubes and cat deletes

Ah okay you went to the 3.55” pulley. Well I haven’t been able to upgrade to e85 yet. But I still was tossing around the idea of running a 3.5 inch pulley on 91 with Boostane. Let me know what psi that pulley comes out to. Thank you!

Same here. Should be 52,800 rpm blower speed roughly. Well for me that is. I’m on the 4” pulley.

That’s getting up there. Max is 62,xxx rpm I believe. That rpm is only putting out 12psi?

not sure yet i bet is closer to 13ish i’ll let you know once i get the kit installed
