I've seen multiple builds with 19 or 20x10's all around wrapped with 295 tires all around.. American Muscle claims a 265 tire is the largest wheel they recommend. I'm aware you can get away with a larger tire if the right wheel with the right offset is being used along with a spacer..

Can anyone recommend some wheels with the right offset that will allow me to do this?

Thanks. :headbang:

Which tire? Because you're getting into territory where a few mm here or there can matter.

A 19x10 +35 would probably need a 5-10mm spacer to clear fully the front strut with 295 tires. 10mm spacer will require longer aftermarket studs.

A 19x10+35 with a 295 tire will be slightly pokey in the rear.

So, maybe a +45 offset with 20mm spacer in the front? I don't remember if you have to trim the studs for a bolt on 20mm spacer in the front...

285 is easier to fit.

I just ordered my setup from Paul@PKAUTODESIGN

295/35-19 squared all around on 19x10 w/35mm Ace Alloy AFF02. Tread width is 10.3", diameter 27.1" with the Conti ExtremeContact Sports.

Paul says this will fit without spacers, which was my goal. I guess I'll know for sure in a couple weeks.

Michelin PSS also has a similar size tire with 10" tread width.

I'm looking at a 20" x 10.5", +45 offset wheel. Could I get away with these all around with 295/30/20? And would I need a 10mm spacer?

You can fit 315s all around if you have coilovers with camber plates lol. 315 in the rear is easy

Many of our customers run 295 or 305 square fitments in both 18" and 19" wheel diameters. If you want a true rotatable square fitment (same wheel spec's on all four corners) that doesn't hang out of the rear fenders, then you will typically need to run spacers up front for proper inner strut clearance as others mentioned. Ultimately the spacer thickness required up front will vary slightly from customer to customer, as it depends on the tire size, tire brand (not all are created equal) and the suspension type you are running. With 295's, you can still get away with a 10" or 10.5" wide wheel, and this is the best choice for enthusiasts primarily enjoying the car on the street. If hard core track oriented customers want to jump up to a 305, we advise pairing them up with an 11" wheel to ensure ample sidewall support.

There are also coilovers out there like the Cortex-Jri which offer offset strut housings for maximizing inner clearance for wide tire configurations. Suspensions like this help reduce or eliminate the need for spacers.

The two square fitments I would recommend to enthusiasts wanting to run 295 square on the street would be:

18x10" ET43 - typically with 12mm - 15mm spacers up front

19x10" ET40 - typically with 12mm - 15mm spacer up front

Here are some photo's:

- 15mm front spacers
- Ford Racing track suspension with BMR Handling Springs
- Front camber -2.5*
- Rear camber -2.0*

I do not have good photo's accessible at the moment of the 19x10 on a standard S550, but they will look very similar to these on the GT350

20x10.5 ET 45 will need a 8 mm spacer upfront for some strut clearance and a 295/30 will fit without issue since we do 305/30/20 all around on this setup.
