I have a new 2019 Mustang GT PP1 and I am getting ready to order M600 wheels in 19x10. What are the advantages and disadvantage to each size? I know my speedometer will be off a bit if I go to 285/35. I plan on installing Michelin A/S 3+ unless there is something better for year round use. It doesn’t get very cold here in New Mexico.

I don't think you can go wrong with either as long as you get the correct offset on the wheels. On stock springs i personally think the 285/35 have a little too much wheel gap but if you plan to drop it in the near future, that shouldn’t matter after the drop.

No reason for you to get an all season tire where you live. I'd look at summer tires with 300-340tw like the PSS, Conti ECS, Indy 500 or the PS4S that came with the car.

If you're not lowered or planning to be, I'd probably do the 275/40. Otherwise the 285/35 is pretty much a perfect fit on those wheels.

Only reason to get a A/S tire is for the tread life, which is what he may want them for.

OP, You can also try the Continental DSW06 if you want A/S

You can probably also take those MPS4S off of the stock pp1 wheels and use the 275/40/19s so you would just have to buy another set of 275/40/19s

MPS4s run huge too so it will look fine on the 10"

How huge do the MPS4's run? I'm thinking about putting them (275/35/19) on some 19x9.5 RTR Tech 7's...I'm hoping that will give my 2015 Ecoboost a nice flush look without the need for spacers.

Even if the temperatures dip down into the 30s and 40s at night?

as long as your tires are back up to 40 before you drive off. spend $10 for an IR thermometer to measure, or park indoors.
