Would +25 still have too much poke? I have Fallen Wildpeak AT 4W tires. Ideally I want very minimum poke. Im looking at Method Wheel 316 17x8 with +25 offset or the 703 with 35 offset but it’s 17x8.5. Offset calculator says the 316 will be 3.7mm further out. 4mm seems pretty negligible but I’m not sure.
What do you guys think?

4mm is just over an 8th of an inch, my bet is that on the truck you won't be able to notice the difference unless you're sitting right in front of the wheel. I'd say go with the wheel you prefer the look of the most.

Many forum members have already installed both 8inch +25 and 8.5inch +35 and even with the 285/70R17 size which is a solid fit. The difference between the two is negligible.

Good luck with your decision and congrats on your gen4 Taco. Be sure to post pics. Would love to see the upgraded rig.
