Will this tire setup look stupid? This is my first set of wheels and tires I’ve ever bought but i went by overall diameter and those two combos were really close. I just didn’t know if having a 40 in the front and 30 in the rear would look weird? Thanks in advance!

I ran it for a little while. It looked fine. My 255's were stretched on my 10 inch rims, though, which looked off.

Thanks for the input man! I got 19x8.5 wheels for the front and 19x11 for the rear! I’m glad it didn’t look weird haha

With that much variance between front and rear it's going to understeer more than normal in the corners.

Typical stock PP car with 255/275 has a front that is 92% the size of the rear. Your front will be 78% the size of the rear. Just something to be aware of.

just run the crappiest tires you can find for the rear. They'll spin and smoke on command and the front will be hooked up fine. :)
Isn't that the point of mustang ownership? to do donuts and burnouts among a crowd of bystanders while looking 'phat'?
