Its the speed rating the "Z" is rated for over 149mph.
I won't be going that fast... lol. Aside from speed rating, they would both be equal then? Thanks.

The tire with the higher speed rating is built with either tighter tolerances or better materials to allow it to handle higher speed/heat. If you are just commuting with your car either should be fine. The only reason I would go with the higher speed rating tire is if you drive aggressively/track the car, or plan on heavily modifying it for more power, better suspension.
