Just for 2022? That dyno graph of the 2021 GT that was floating around made that look a bit detuned from previous years. Heh alright I'll take the tinfoil hat off.

Honestly 10 hp/tq is the difference in muffler design or air filter. It's not a big deal. Although curiosity does get the best of me. Could be to get a slight bump in gas mileage or even streamline the tune with the overseas Mustang.

EDIT: He says why at the end of the video LOL. Shows me for not finishing it. Stricter emissions. I actually fall back on them matching the overseas tune.

Have to lower the power from '22 to when the electric come out, to make it look so much faster than the v8 car, hoping to push most into the ev model. Buyers that buy off the spec sheet, and there is a bunch, will buy the "on paper" more powerful ev, because the ice got it's balls chopped off.

Na, The hp loss most likely is on paper. not in reality.
Say loading up the test vehicle with 87 oct E15 instead of 93oct e10

Ford might be doing this for when the S650 comes out .Then pushing its impressive hp number while the last generation was declining.

10 HP is the difference between US and European Mustangs, due to the GPF. Maybe they're installing GPFs in all of them starting next year?

Honestly this is probably due to some change in how the catalytic converters are being made. Maybe metal shortages or price increases forced a different design that doesn't flow as well.

Could be what was posted above. Remember in 1993 when the fox body was re-rated at 205hp and the 94 was rated at 215?
The 93s were no slower than the 89-92 cars and faster than the 94 cars. Just Ford playing games.
