Nothing new here as it is just a rendering. No one really knows what 2026 is going to bring. I certainly do hope there will be a GT500 but I guess we will need to wait until Ford makes that call.

It’s pretty unlikely no matter how much its pontificated. I’d highly doubt they would rebuild the facility and retool to produce the power plants again for such a low number offering.

the S650 and the 'possible' future GT500 leave me numb... and, no, I am not impressed by the Camaro styling cues but I especially hate the dash

I'm sorry for anyone who disagrees with me, but when I finally saw the unveiling of the S650, it left me completely unimpressed, it solidifies my decision that I pulled the trigger and got the current 2020 Shelby GT500. The S650 looks like a Camaro/Stang mash up and personally looks horrendous.

I think it's lame. Could be a new breed of screaming chicken if they wanted it to be, but I suppose that's Pontiac T/A 6.6 thing. I can see it.

I hope Ford is working on a ‘26 GT500. But it took 5 model years to get the S550 GT500 so that might be wishful thinking. Also, The render is too similar to a regular ‘24 GT, I think a GT500 will look more aggressive and different than the GT. Look at the S550 GT vs GT500. The front ends are a lot different.

Couldn't agree more, Tob. Hell, they copied the same wing and wheels, pretty sad rendering. Definitely didn't like this guy's eye deer of the tail lights either.

Typical haters when a new re-design is introduced. All you haters will be jumping on the S650 bandwagon once it takes off like the S550 did. Everyone was talking trash on the S550 as well. smh

Having said that, this rendering is trash. I take the DH instead.
