I just saw the video of your car on Steeda's YouTube channel. Very nice set up and tastefully done!

Hello All,

Here is the video of my 2022 Steeda Mach 1 and what went into designing and building the car.

I saw the video in the other thread and immediately recognized the seats and the steering wheel mods. Had to check if it was you, or they now mass produce them at Steeda .

Loved your enthusiasm in the vid. Reminded me (lightly scaled down version) of myself when I first saw (and started) my Mach 1 at the dealership. šŸ‘

Thank you!!! Well you know, the last sports car I had was a 2004 SVT Cobra Terminator and I only had that car for 9 months, until someone hit me head on in a Durango. Almost 18 years have passed since then, and I have been wanting another sports car. I just don't buy cars often. I keep my cars a minimum of 10 to 15 years. So, it was finally time and I felt like a kid in a candy store. I appreciate all of you guys positive comments. Have a good day.

The Cervini GT 500 Hood is made out of fiberglass, and yes, Steeda paint matched the fighter jet gray. You have to order the hood pins and I highly recommend that anyone who puts this hood on, especially with a power adder, get the hood pins installed. There are some people on this forum who have reported movement of the GT 500 hood while driving. Now, since Cervini's hood is heavier than Ford's GT 500 hood, that may benefit those who are concerned about movement of the hood. I did not experience any movement, but my driving was limited for the day.

I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
I have the Cervini GT500 hood on my '22 Mach1 and with the drip pan removed, I see zero hood movement. Had it up over 100mph (in "Mexico") and even with high head or cross winds, it seems planted. FYI, I do not have hood pins on mine.

Car looks epic. I want that hood for my fjg mach 1 now šŸ˜’. Thanks now I gotta spend more money... any idea how much a custom Mach 1 hood graphic would typically be? I feel like its a missing element. And any chance I could see your interior changes? Primarily the seat stitching. The standard leather seats look a little boring after a while.
My custom graphic was close to a grand. I also had Cervini paint the louvers Magnetic Metallic to match the mirrors and wing, though I wish I had told them to use a matte clear coat, it would match the 3M vinyl and mirrors/wing better than the gloss. Someday I might fix it.

You could try a stealth PPF on the hood vent. That will get you the matte look also.

Never realized we were so close in chassis numbers. I'm N2777.

If I remember correctly, yours was built within a week of mine, but mine sat in the Kansas City RR yard for an extra 2 weeks. I picked her up from Granger on Aug. 26, so I've had her just over a year. 😁

Just browsing this thread for the first time so not sure if you’re still looking for ideas… here’s some food for thought on possible seat mods.

Thanks. New custom Katzkin upholstery cost $1,100 on Ebay but I installed it myself (no special upholstery tools needed) and sold my stock upholstery for $900 (it only had about 2,000 miles on it). Local embroidery shop did the headrest stitching for $75 so $275 total cost.
