Don’t be rude because you are jealous. My dealership ship sold gt500’s in 2021 and 2020, and my order is confirmed through Ford Performance.
But hey, anything can happen. They won’t start issuing vins until probably January, and I won’t see the car until April at the earliest, which leaves plenty of time for shit to go south.
I doubt he is jealous as he already owns his GT500. He is more of a reality check guy.

I'm one of the guys that will flat out refuse to pay an ADM. I can fully afford a new GT500, but thew principle of ADM's just irks me. I have a friend who manages a Ford dealer, and I have bought my last 6 new Fords from him, and even he won't sell me a gt500 at msrp. If I knew I could get one at msrp, I would sell my car in a heartbeat and run out to grab one.
This sale below on Cars and Bids is precisely the reason why I agree with you and I too would never pay dealer markup. This guy took a bath.

2nd that, I see the same thing on BAT. Even loaded CFTP's seem to have a hard time making sticker. No way I would go over MSRP with results like that. If they were like 19/20 350R numbers it would be a different story. The big X factor is what the next generation will bring.

First and foremost what exactly was "Rude" about my post; giving my opinion - because it's contrary to your belief the opinion is considered rude - ha....

As the other fellow above stated, I have nothing to be jealous about (see pics) I will state again (my opinion) you will be lucky to see that car, very lucky.

I'm sorry to burst your bubble but you probably won't EVER see that car.
That was rude. You don't have any info about the deal/dealer and you made THAT statement. Could of worded it better as a warning to make sure the dealer was legit! but to say he will never get the car is very heavy handed.

I thought orders at this point were all in limbo until allocations were given out? Your dealer can put an order in but Ford won’t pick it up until a production date for Gt500’s is set and allocation numbers are set. If your dealer sold GT500’s in the past, I’m sure you’ll see it, may be a longer wait though with ‘21 orders bring pushed to ‘22.

I've been waiting for a Bronco order for over a year and at this point will prolly just buy a 4Runner TRD PRO and call it a day had just about enough of Ford and the BS ... When the Bronco comes in I'll sell the 4Runner or sell the Bronco for huge profit we shall see but definitely not cancelling the Bronco order

I've been working with the owner of my Ford dealership (the same dealership that ordered a '16 GT350 for me at MSRP). He told me the same thing...info directly from his regional rep. He has sold GT500's in the past and knows he will be able to place an order, but doesn't know the exact date or if he will get an allocation for a CFTP.

So talking about rip off dealers the local dealer here is actually marking up over MSRP Explorers WTF ...? As stated above I'm tired of waiting for my Bronco order so I went looking at Explorers ST edition as an option. Contacted the dealer who already SCREWED me over sticker for the GT500 figured - "well he got his piece of skin already" so I shouldn't have any issues here hahahaha... He responds with "yeah I have a couple 5K over" needless to say I ripped him a new one, and told him TO FUCK OFF.

I would be happy to post the dealers name and location and will if it's allowed not sure if there are rules about that this forum seems to have F'ing rules about everything. If it's allowed i will post it up ...:)

I just bought a Rapid Red Explorer ST for my wife and my local Texas dealer honored my X-Plan price. I also used a $1250 PCO, a $500 rebate and 0% financing for 60 months. I figured there was no reason to use my own money if Ford was going to give me their money for free.

They matched my ridiculously high Carmax offer for her Cadillac SUV that I traded in, so it was a great deal all around.

Yup I wanted to use an Xplan pin number and they flat out laughed at me, at which time I lunged at the salesman and tried to punch his fucking peanut face and they called the cops on me escorted from the property - 🤣 🤣 🤣 - in any-case how do you like that the explorer

It is a very nicely appointed 7-seat SUV. She likes the large panoramic roof and the captain chairs in the second row. She was not a fan of the all black interior, but she really likes the black accents on the outside. With the 3rd row rear seats down, the cargo space in the back is excellent. I looked it over closely beforehand and the quality of the paint is very good, and the body parts all fit well.

I thought the 21” wheels were going to make it harsh, but the normal mode suspension and Scorpion tires are smoother on the road than her 18” Cadillac wheels. With 400 HP, It is fast for such a large vehicle. :sunglasses:
