Best ET until the recent upgrades was a 12.5 @115mph 2.01 60’. Just changed to E85, Kooks and JLT intake. Car has BMR front and rear drag springs, Viking drag shocks, BMR billet vertical links/Camber arms, Kelltrac IRS isolation kit. 305/45R17 ET Street R.
Car went a best of 11.37 at 123mph and a 60’ of 1.79……super happy with the progress.

That’s awesome bud 👍…. You almost picked up 9 mph and knocked off over a second in the 1/4 mile. Do you happen to know what the DA was on those passes?

That’s a significant improvement in ET with the addition of LTHs, CAI and E85! I know this isn’t apples to apples, but my manual Bullitt went 12.50 @ 115 on a 1.9 sixty and 12.40 @ 111 on a 1.8 sixty. The crazy thing is, I was on the E85 race tune, with LTHs, PMAS CAI and ET Street Rs. I hope to improve upon that at my next outing.

Will you please post your 12.50 time slip? It’s like to compare it to mine?

I do not. My plan is to start tracking DA going forward.

You should have improved way more then that. Is your E85 tune a mail-order tune? I actually had my car on a dyno when the fuel map and tranny tune was done. My tuner told me the car should run 11.4….and it ran 11.37. He has a ton of knowledge with the coyote platform.
Here’s the ticket for the 12.50 pass.

I agree with you. To be fair though, I didn’t know where to start with dialing in my clutch, since the installation of the Hitmaster Clutch Hit Control System. With the system properly dialed in, I’m expecting at least 1.4 short times. Another part of the problem was my driver mod was a little rusty (hadn’t been on the track for 8 years). I think I may have figured out the clutch setup now tho. I’ll know for sure the next time out.

My car was tuned by Brandon at Lund Racing. Lots of data logging, especially for the E85 nitrous tune. After the tune, I put the car on the Dyno and it made 469 rwhp/434 rwtq on motor and 639 rwhp/602 rwtq on nitrous.

Are you guys also running the Ecoboost with 10R80 transmission? I took mine to the Ford Performance Nationals for E85 (flex fuel, that turned out to be E65) testing. Am a bit disappointed.

Sorry! I see now that you guys are running V8s. But your data is very helpful! I only reduced my ET from 12.425 to 12.353 after switching to ethanol. Was hoping to see at least a 12.25 on tune revision #1, but didn't get even close! My goal is 11.99
Thanks again for sharing your data!!

I recently met a guy with a 2019 EB Mustang that said he makes 430 rwhp and 430 rwtq and he runs 11.30’s at 119-120 mph. He did say that he is running a bigger turbo and E85.

I bet if you switched to an 18+ oem intake keeping the iats down you would run quicker. Those open intakes and hot air are detrimental.
