I've been checking every few days, and it's finally up. Just thought I would share.

Why do people care so much about this? You have been able to order them for months either way.

I think it's kinda fun to play around with configurators

I would like to configure the car I'm looking at ordering with the exact options. The UK or German configurators don't have the same options the U.S. has.

Huh. Doing a same-same on options to my 2019, it's a $4500 - $5000 bump on MSRP (~$52k 2019 increased to ~$57k 2022) with no real mechanical changes to the car itself. And it's nowhere near as nice a car, as you now can't get Kona Blue.

Wow. The equivalent car to my '15 is $12K more. 😳

$6,700 for the Performance Pack for '22. Yikes. Ford, you're not Porsche.

Everyone back in 2015 knew the PP at $2495 was an absolute steal. It didn't even cover the cost of the parts. Seven years has taken its toll but for what you get it is still not too unreasonable.

Besides with the average price of a car today exceeding $40K a Mustang is still a good value. You're not going to get much of a Porsche for $50K

Mustang site is not coming up. Too many people playing around that aren't buyers.

I'm referring to the options pricing. Porsche is the master of the nickel and dime, but Ford is learning fast.

Still a value, yes, but not the value it was. Most folks aren't seeing that kind of jumps in their income.

Exactly. But, buy soon, because Ford is going to struggle not to raise prices again in the spring/summer.
Last year when I ordered my M1, by the time it arrived, new orders went up in price $1,000. They are up again. Gas here in Motown is over $4.00 from under $2.00 two years ago.

I just built a GT Premium with 401a, A10, Performance Pack, Magnaride, active exhaust. which is as close as I could get to my 21 Mach 1 I ordered back in Oct, 2020.
My Mach 1 was $56,500, the 22 GT is $56,285. DOH!
