2021 Mustang Mach 1 Orders to be cancelled because commodity shortages

I d say (Just a guess from what I ve seen) if you don t have a Vin#, build date, and widow sticker by now that it will not make it this year.

Called FP today and no change...still a build day of 12/15. Was hoping I'd get a nice surprise and they'd say in production but no such luck. Build day is good to have but no window sticker yet.

According to the Ford website, the car is in production (latest schedule was Dec 17). It encourages me to check the window sticker. However, no window sticker available

Just call the FP tech line and have your VIN# ready. They are super pleasant and have never complained or admonished me for calling too often. And by 'they' I mean I really keep reaching the same dude and he knows me by name now hah. (800) FORD788 then I think option #1.

Thanks. Done that a couple of weeks ago. Well, at least I know it is not going to be canceled. Suspect that most of the canceled cars are the 700a with HP

Hopefully everyone had better luck than I’m having Ordered Mach 1 FJG HP back on March 5th. Was finally built on October 22nd. Still waiting on the car to ship called Ford performance and they tell me it’s been released from the plant and to the shipper. That seems to be the only update they can give me. They just keep pushing my delivery date back 10 days at a time.

Outwest inspired me to call FP again since last week our cars were the same date. No luck...pushed back to 12/18 which is a Saturday...odd. At this point I think Ford has it personally out for me lol....so frustrating.

I believe at this rate, it will be produced. Any cancelation would have been announced by now

I feel you. Mine isn't a Mach 1 but I chatted with FP last week and was told 12/15 but today was told 12/17. I haven't gotten any emails changing dates though.

I haven't gotten an email mail since 11/4. The last few weeks I've called FP they say it was last updated 11/20 yet they always give me a different date. Ford's tracking sucks.

Called FP today, estimated delivery window was moved from 12/11-17 to 12/18-23rd. Car was completed on 11/21, so it looks like it's taking a month to deliver the cars to Iowa.

On a unfortunate note, I was reading into the 0% APR loan Ford is offering on the Mustang through 1/3/22 and realized it excludes Mach 1's and GT500's.

Darn! And I thought I could take advantage of it. But it seems to be the case; previous promotions also excluded the Mach 1
