Don't think the auto has the gas guzzler tax though, right? My manual does.
Yes, that is correct. Only manuals have the tax.

I could go political, but I won't.
I feel for all you guys who lost your orders, and yes it's going to push the price up for used 21 M 1's. I was hoping to trade for a used M 1 in a year or two. Now that seems unlikely.

A lot of dealers true colors are being shown over the past few weeks
Remember who they are. Never do business with them again and encourage everyone you know to shop elsewhere. When the market turns, and it will at some point, dealers will be reminded of what it’s like to have large inventories and no one to buy their product. As all of them worry about how to keep the place open during the rough times, they can look off into the distance as places like granger continue to move vehicles to loyal customers. That is the payback they deserve.

Bayside Ford in Virginia has a Mach 1 showing for MSRP. Want to see how much it really is? Man, F these dealers, seriously.

Exactly the price these asshats called Arlington Heights Ford in Illinois are charging for a HP. I was there only to look at the grabber blue Mach e and a cactus gray bronco. Both of which had 15k markups also.

Nope, I never will. I said you have my number and let me know if you want to be reasonable.
It’s a big game right now. Relationships help, but there are some dealers doing the right thing just because it’s the right thing.

Won't work as you expected. 1st to many not on this forum 2nd to many future buyers not affected. Any small slump they have in vehicles moved will be over come by dealership discounts driving shoppers to their lots 2 years from now everything today will be forgotten except for a few that will come off as whining. (Not saying you are saying future will dictate that you are, even though you are 100% justified and any future consumers in your shoes would do the same but not being in your shoes they won't listen)

I not impressed with the process Ford is using. I would like to know what option would be the cause of canceling my car and given a chance to amend my order to be filled.
Lets say it was the tremec, I d probably adjust to the auto just to get the car.
Many others would have done the same and probably as many as now would have been canceled as a result.

Problem is some asshat with to much money and impatient will buy it at that price so the dealership will benefit and feel justified in the price and so won't stop the inflated marketing.

If it was gas or bottled water during an emergency it would be called price gouging, just saying...
