I’m going try be as brief as possible so you don’t have to read a long explanation.

my GT misfired on 3 occasions far maybe 4 currently on going

First November last year spark plugs replaced
Three times since the start of December. I just got it back from service the check engine light is ofbut it sounds like it’s stuttering on idle and it’s as quiet as a Prius when driving 😂.

I have a another service appointment at a different dealer recommended by a friend but I need some help to identify what’s going on.

I also found some metal shaving in my catch can..😭

I'm not sure of the point of your post.
If you're asking what can make your engine misfire then, sorry, the forum won't be much help with the info you have provided. Misfires can be caused by way too many things- plugs, coils, vacuum leaks, bad fuel, etc, etc, etc...
If you are looking to try to diagnose this yourself then you are going to need a code reader - the more advanced you can afford the better.
But since we don't even know which or how many cylinders are misfiring you may as well ask a magic 8 ball...

well so you know what misfire codes you were getting or can you elaborate as to what was documented by the last Service Center on your work order?

A misfire can be caused by a lot of things - and not very misfire is detrimental.

Just in general, these few things below are known to cause common Coyote misfires - UNLESS there is a specific DTC thrown, some misfires are sporadic and a code isn't always captured. Even a general P0300 misfire code is too general and will send you and a Tech on a witch hunt.

You can check VCTs, O2 sensors, the crank sensor, ground wires, and all wiring harness connectors in the engine bay to make sure the connections are secure.

This thread below has the info for VCT's and crank sensor:

DIY to cycling debris from VCT's:

This thread has the info for the O2:

Aside from the IMRCs, the above areas are the most common sources that can cause the very generic P0300....

This thread may give you some enlightenment to Ford's misfire strategies:

Also here is a pdf snip from the Ford Shop manual. which is "Coyote" specific. I'm including it because it gives a bigger picture of how to diagnose misfire events from the generic to the actual cylinder event codes:.
