See photos from my 2021 with 800 miles. During an underside check I noticed the differential cooling line was in contact with the bracket. There are wear marks on both the line and bracket. It looks like an adjustment problem. Temp fix was to use plastic ties. I figured that I would ask if anyone else had the same issue and a permanent or TSB fix.

If you take that to the dealer the tech is simply going to pull it ti give it the clearance it needs. You may just want to do it yourself and save yourself the back and forth time. I guess you could push for a new line to get rid of the rub mark but a little bit of 180-220sand paper would fix that;

Can the orientation be changed by loosening it and retightening it?
Thanks, but I don't think so unless you're talking about the hose mounting clamp. The hose fitting swivels where it goes into the differential fitting. The swivel is actually a good idea because it allows up/down and lateral movement. From what I could see, there's nothing to tighten on the differential that will affect the problem.

The permanent fix wasn't obvious when I found it and I was short on time. I'll put it back on the lift this weekend and figure it out. I'm fairly sure it has something to do with how the cooling hose was fitted to the hose-to-body clamp that holds it in place behind the differential. Still guessing, but it should be simple once I see how it's attached.

I'll avoid the dealer at all costs! Too much time and risk that something else will happen going on the life or sitting around the dealership. Agree on the sandpaper - once it's fixed and cleaned up, no one will know about it unless they read this thread.
