Thanks for posting. Great pics. I enjoyed the show, but damn was it hot! So happy it was a record year on attendance. I do wish they would put newer cars to the front. I did like the Mach-E GT. great interior.

Is the stock grill open like the one in the grill picture ? If so , now I see the importance of having the circular plates in the grill. What other Ford parts were shown but not pictured here ?
chorse captured all the Mach 1 parts at the Ford display. I found it valuable to see the back sides of the front and rear fascia. Now I just need a service manual to see where the electronic pieces are behind them.

Who makes this piece? I don't see it on CDC's site.

Here ya go, Hyperformance Glass is the only aftermarket source I know of who makes the louvered rear 1/4 glass for the S550's.

https://hyperformanceglassproducts.com/product/mustang-side-window/

They had a SEMA display a couple of years ago and have finally brought the glass to market. Their price point is extremely fair.

To install it you have to remove the original rear 1/4 glass assemblies from the body - it's not an overlay.

---
The original 2015 50th LE glass is the only other louvered glass, but it's over $1,200 per side and you can't get it unless able to prove ownership of a genuine 50th LE from the 1,964 built. The only other way to getting true 50th LE 1/4 glass is finding it in a salvage yard if you're lucky...

I'm not really a fan of the CDC shaker hood. I think it might be due to the heat extractor openings clashing with it?

Dam, I wasn't thinking the Mach 1 was worthy, but may have to reconsider:ontheloo:

One thousand dollars for 2 small quarter windows seems high to me.

I don't know guys. I had about written the mach 1 off, but it sure looks good in red and silver in these pics! I thought it looked best in jet fighter and orange at first. I don't want another silver car though as I've had several in silver and grey already. I really wanted a dark red or something like cinnamon for my next ride though.

I'm sorry but that shaker on the new Mach 1 looks ridiculous. Looks like someone stuck a 52 year old part on a 2021 car. For Gods sake if you're gonna do it at least come up with something that looks like it belongs in this century and on a modern car. For the record I don't believe it needs a shaker hood. Car looks and runs great as is.

I too have to agree with this.

I was not a fan of the shaker hood scoop , but the pictures above do make the shaker hood scoop look right at home. The hood without the shaker now looks kinda bland.

I guess CDC wont make much on the product, since it is limited to the GT350 style airbox or the engine layout of the mach 1? not many customers

Considering the parts aren't much different to the previous model Shakers, development costs are near zero. So any additional sale is a sale. I guess?

some of the previous shakers CDC made were fixed to a provided specific aftermarket airbox or the closed stock airbox though.

So is that orange metallic? I still haven't been able to tell from any of the pics. This car needs at least one of the red or orange colors to be metallic...!
