Unfortunately for the GM or die guys. This is true.

One of the major reasons I chose a Mustang over a Camaro was I didn't expect they would still be making Camaros two years ago. Discontinued GM brands and models make finding parts pretty inconvenient fairly soon.

Nobody was buying it anyway so nobody will notice lol
The Camaro's demise would be bad news for us. We'll notice - The Mustang needs the Camaro (and the Challenger as well) for competition. The loss of the Camaro could indirectly affect the Mustang. Even if I don't buy one, I still hope there will be a Gen 7 Camaro.

Oh the days of setting up dual points! I miss those days. Now it’s chips and tracking every move I make.

I want my, I want my, I want my MSD!

Good point.
The demise of any muscle car is bad news, even if you don't intend to buy one. The chances of me ever owning a Camaro are practically nil, yet I would be very sad if it died.

Strength in n numbers ...

If we lose one, it makes the remaining cars and manufactures an easier target for emissions / regulations etc ...

The more volume and the more manufacturers that are in the muscle car arena the better :like:

Agreed I’d prefer to see the thing just pull a 370z. And float around unchanged for 15 years til interest picks back up vs watching it go away.

Just another excuse for another manufacture to make even more under performing over priced trucks, one of the biggest scams ever unleased on to the american buying public.

Because you know, somehow a $70,000 pickup truck that the majority of owners never take off road or never haul anything of consequence in but is some kind of mythical macho status symbol is just the way to go according to manufacturers.

rant now over....

Manufacturers build what people buy.

I'm glad I didn't hesitate and got my order in for my '21 ZL1 when I did. My ZL1 was built early Feb. and delivered last week!

I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the Mustang production is affected - I wouldn't be cheering for the Camaro stoppage if I were you.
