2021 Break In Period & Oil

It's been many years since I've owned a new sports car.
I'm wondering what the break in period is for the new GT Premium. Do you have to drive it under a certain speed changing RPM's?

Also, do you do a 500 mile oil change? And which oil do you use in this car? In my C7 Corvette I used Mobil 1 0W40.

On my 2020 GT Premium I used variable rpms no harsh acceleration or breaking and not over 80 mph. I bought the car on April 2020 and it has 12400 miles so far

My 2020 GT has 8k miles, it saw red line several times the day I bought it new. Even on the test drive when I knew I’d be buying it. It’s seen wot a lot since then as well.

All the weighs. It’s tested first in basically every test. It’s a line in amsoil. Not cheap though. Not bad either if preferred custoner

All this is in your owners manual (including using 5W-20 of any that meets the specs). I change oil & filter after about 500 miles to drain any early chips/casting flash but it is probably a waste.

When was the last time that you heard of an engine failure due to “inferior “ oil ??? Seriously...
Amsoil and other hyped oils do not offer any meaningful longer engine life
Any modern engine can last an easy 200k using “normal” oil and most cars end up being junked for other reasons
And frankly specialty cars do in average so few miles that you will be dead or sold your car way before your car reach that mileage...
A solution in search of a problem.....
