I guess that speaks to how hard it is to launch and how under-tired it is. My worst 0-60 in my 455 hp almost 4,000 lb convertible is 4.8s. And that's both street and strip timing running street pressure (36 psi all around) The 4.8 came at Milan when I flubbed the launch.

My best friend has a Daytona Charger ScatPack and refuses to meet me at Milan until he puts his Nittos on.

I am planning on getting a 2021 model.

I will not shut up.
Ok Mr. Magazine racer, post up some evidence you actually know how to drive?

Oh no, I’ve been called out haha

I am a diesel mechanic.

I sometimes work on and drive high hp diesel trucks (faster then my car)

I also own a 1997 F250 that makes over 600hp and around 1100 torque at the wheels. Spinning for days in 2wd

I am pretty good at drag racing/ straight line racing.

I do not have experience at road course/track racing.

It don’t matter. Even if you did post that you were actually good at it. They’ll just find another angle. I would argue with blaq and hotlap the Kings of the magazine racers on C6g. I posted time slips and a copy of my track license. And then they just started calling me gods gift to drag racing.:crackup:Shit I liked that nick name.

What would you like to see?

Me doing 0-60 in 2.5 in a 2025 GT500?

What the hell....I'll play. Dude couldn't drive maybe not the problem but not being very smart with LC certainly was and conditions certainly were. Just the delay in LC as previously pointed out is going to get you gapped on a start like that. Drag Times...who I like and respect makes videos he knows he can win just like all the other youtubers. Watch his channel....see him lose much? This testing favored the mid engine car big time. No surprise.

TFL is plain shit. The main dude is an absolute baboon who absolutely cannot drive. Just my opinion take it for what it's worth. So I don't get called out here is a video I made in my then stock 2016 Hellcat in the winter in NC at the time behind my house with no burn outs etc....holding the damn iphone in one hand. It's on factory size 275 wide Nitto NT555Rs yes...but I assure you my factory size PS4S on my Charger Hellcat perform equally well and in fact better in many conditions...ie wet. Those tires are actually very impressive and I've done 3.5's in that car on roads even after a light rain. Best on that tire is a 3.3 stock. Best on Nittos on the street...3.2. It takes practice and it's EASY to get excited and just blow the tires off but a disciplined foot can do it.

Gotta learn the car, the modes and how to drive it. They are all different. Still learning my GT350. That LC in the GT500 as I see it has some obvious strengths and weaknesses.

Spinning ain't winning. I so can't wait for used GT500's to start popping up. :)
