2020 Shelby GT500 CFTP COTA Chin Track Day #1 on Hoosier R7 Tires! (video)

This is NOT your typical track video! After a week of editing 5 cameras with multiple audio, I present my 2020 Shelby GT500 Carbon Fiber Track Pack running BALLS-OUT at Circuit Of The Americas with Chin Track Days! This is my 2nd event at COTA. I had a previous best of 2:32 on SC2 tires. This time I go armed with Hoosier R7 tires hoping to crack a 2:29. I shatter my targeted time by hitting a 2:23! In this video, you'll see highlights as well as me chasing a buddy in his yellow CFTP. He is a former pro with countless laps around COTA. We played HARD with our heavy bruisers! This track day only had 3 run groups putting all the pro drivers (including NASCAR driver Joey Logano) as well as super cars in my advanced red run group. Many of these stripped dedicated track cars weigh between 2000-3000 lbs while I ran my 4100 lb street monster! The video shows a full lap from session one, highlights from other sessions, my full quickest lap of the day and finishes with me taking a Camaro 1LE buddy for a ride along! Hope you enjoy!

I just have a 55” Sony and the quality is great. As good or better than most TV coverage. Of course I’m biased to the GT500.
