I picked mine up at MSRP this past weekend; recaros, painted stripe, tech package. The dealer at one point had a 25k ADM, and then dropped to 15K. I was in ordering a Bronco for my S.O. and took the Shelby for a spin, but declined to speak further if an ADM was attached to the car.

Now, I happened to look it up on their site a few days later, and they had it listed for MSRP. I printed that out and went back in. They worked up an offer on my Vanquish that I was trading in, and brought back the numbers with the 15K ADM included in the deal. I presented the printout of their website at MSRP and they had to honor that price. Autotrader and other sites still had their +15K price, so maybe I just got lucky and their site administrator now has a much smaller posterior this week.....OR it was all just smoke and mirrors on their part. They also threw in a 2-year ceramic coating that they completed prior to delivery as well. All-in-all, I think I did pretty well to just pay sticker, and the coating was just gravy.
Congrats on the deal! MSRP is sweet for sure. I'm still looking for a CFTP at MSRP. I will say that 2-year ceramic coating is probably not that good. I wouldn't let the dealer's "detailers" touch my shelby with a 10 foot pole lol

Yes they have it posted for that, but if you call the sales man (Geoff "V" Valdejo) and say you talked to me Glenn Greene, they will sell it for the price I quoted! I have bought 3 cars from them in the last 22 months....

Thanks for the lead, but I ended up buying a 2021 Antimatter Blue non CFTP for $1k ADM!
Do you mind saying where you found it? I realize they may not have another, but just curious what part of the country.

Hey, got it from Mertz Ford in Illinois. Not sure if they have another coming in but reach out to Geoff Valdejo.

My dealer in SW New Mexico has a 2021 CFTP for sale. Car came in last
month but sale was not completed.
Shadow Black, Tech Pkg and Car Cover. He is asking 6K ADM, no doc fee's.
I deal directly with the owner, he is very easy to work with.

PM me if interested. I think this is a lot better deal than the one in post #907.

Several guys in our local club suddenly bought new 2021 GT500s. All said they just checked dealer inventory and found them with little homework.
So I checked San Antonio area and found 14 GT500’s available! 4 are CFTPs.
Some VINs surprised me as one was 1FA6P8SJ9M5504667, with a blend date of Nov 22, 2021. So it just came off the line and should arrive in a few weeks.
I know VIN sequencing isn’t perfect. But if the plan was about 5,000 GT500’s, they are getting pretty close…

I have no idea regarding ADMs for these, except I noticed one CFTP VIN was M0235, blend date of March 13. So it’s been sitting a while.
Happy hunting.

That wouldn’t of been my first choice for the stripes, but it does look really good.

any advice on finding a shelby at sticker price?
Pretty easy for us to pull it off.

If u hav xtra's in your veh stable,
you Sell dealership it for cash
(A company check actually)
a veh they can resell easily, < nice, clean, low mile >
due to no decent inventory on there lots..
As a part of deal, your negotiating for a MSRP GT500 built to your specs.

(As if its apart of your overall trade for your future GT500)

Our car has been on material hold since August, so im rolling it into a 2022..

ok dealership is doing the paperwork for a '22 now, as I asked them to cancel the 21 order at this point. Not gonna drive it much next few Months around here, & I can get much greater yield on our money sitting deployed in our investment strategy, than deployed in a '21 car that wont see much road till Feb or Mar anyway.

& although we don't buy these cars as investments, your clearly money ahead buying a '22 for re-sale in future.

'21s are not gonna be that much more valuable do to material shortage, & whatever lower production #'s result.

& '22 will roll over into an S650 platform at greater value if desired.

( or am I the only 1 who enjoys mixin up the horses in the stable when I like the new updates from a model change ?🤔)

Anyone no anything about that TBA
( the: to be announced)
HP & Torque #'s on '22, in that latest '22 brochure, someone posted a few weeks ago. I found it a bit curious they must TBA it vs releasing #'s congruent to last few GT500 yrs models.

Im sure its nothing.
Meaning. No chgs in '22 to Tor/Hp..

Likely no reason to boost bump it.
more likely if a chg happens, they'd possibly kill off a few % Torque, being more likely scenario.
Than a similar HP & but w/a re-configured Torque curve. Highly unlikely on blower car

Polaris has done this on Turbo sxs's. But hair dryer boosted veh tend to miss the curve in early mdl yrs, to what public feedbk dictates.

Trade ur veh & negotiate a MSRP car from thrle qwik profits they glean from ur veh they resell in a week.

A smart dealership that needs cars will consider it.
Get it all in writing, or they may not stick to it in months down rd when ur car arrives.

They are taking a bird in the hand, profit wise, for 2 in the bush
