2020 Shelby GT500 and GT350 Dealer Allocation

My dealer reached out to me today to let me know that he received an additional GT500 allocation (beyond the 5 he already had for the year), and it was for a Golden Ticket. The buyer would be required to take both CFTP & POTS; and they were asking $20K ADM. Before I could even post the info here, he let me know they sold it already....
BTW: He still has 5 GT350 allocations. Dealer is in the DFW area.

Dealer called me again. Another allocation released to them. This was #2. Still no CFTP available. Told him I'm still on the sidelines without it. Hopefully they will get another. Long Lewis Ford in Bessemer AL. They said they would move to #2 on the list so there is no allocation available.

yes. It's part of the total selling price. Ditto doc fees are taxed.

Even with a GM's signature, the car got away from me. The dealer called me that I was going to be here in March, "but due to demand" they want 25k instead of the agreed and signed 7500$ over asking... I emailed Ford for help, and a lawyer, but c'mon.. this is just a "thing".. but what a bummer.

GL out there, I'm on the hunt also. Im willing to go 10k over, but not 25k. Ridic.

Sucks buddy, it really does. I had to pay 10k to play, but my dealer was up front and honest me from the get go, which is proving to NOT be the norm. Best of luck in your hunt to get one. You will NOT be disappointed when you get one, trust me.

Where are they getting 104k from for the MSRP? The only way to get over 100k is CFTP and painted stripes... that car is hiding like 20k in mark up. The car and the price sticker don’t seem like they match
