2020 Shelby GT500 and GT350 Dealer Allocation

Anyone have a build date in the Orlando area? My dealer in Florida said that entire region is waiting on "allocation" from Ford.... I assume he means production slots.

Interesting. I still suspect my guy MIGHT be leading me on, but I have deposits on 2 GT500s, each with delivery date guarantees. We'll see.

Just got a text from Keller bros Ford in Lititz, PA where I bought my GT350. They have an allocation for a "GT500R". I asked if this is the CFTP and he thinks so.

So they paid to be in the program and were provided a clear explanation as to each car and they still don't know what they are selling?

Maybe that's a good thing and they don't jump right onto the ADM bandwagon because they don't know enough to be dangerous.

Interesting I talk to one of the owners on a weekly basis and their 1 allocation was sold and should be 1 of the first to be delivered and they could BUY a 2nd base allocation from another dealership. I will be following up today.

Yea no worries Rick, Ive learned alot in the process but 1 key take away is this forum knows more then 99% of people at the dealers. They dont care about a Shelby, they are focused on the fusions, edges, etc...

Hey Guys, long story short but it looks like I am out of the MMC. I will be turning my sights onto a 2019 R or a used base 350.

If my dealer doesnt have someone else lined up I will share their info so someone else can get in line to get this amazing car.

Girlfriend moved out while I was out with a friend for lunch. Was depending on her contribution to house hold bills to help me swing the GT500.

No worries, still got my eyes set on a performance Mustang, just wont be the beastly GT500.
