Hi again,

I can get a loaded 2020 Mustang PP1 A10 differential from a friend. 3.55 gears.

After reading up about it earlier, it looks like this is an iron housing.

Would this be a direct swap with my 2015 Mustang GT A6?

I am replacing the differential with a Wavetrac and will be adding 3.31 gears.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Correct. There are flange differences between a 6R80, 10R80 and the MT82...

Okay. So the differential will work. I just need a new flange? Does anyone have a link to the A6 flange I require?

Can I get it from the dealer?

Shaun,

this thread may offer some info,
https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/vibration-after-swapping-carrier.141852/#post-2907495

but if you get stuck call out @JohnVallo - he’s a really awesome source of driveshaft/driveline knowledge on this site and may be better to give some input here for you.
Thank you. I appreciate the help.

I have a used iron housing differential from a 2015+ stick car on the way from Montreal.

I hope this will hold up as I plan on throwing some boost at the car. It broke with only 10 psi on E85. ‍

I was planning on running 16-22 psi if the track held the car.

Oh well.

Break, race & repeat.

Shaun
