Well I hate to say it but I am confident in saying now that if your dealer is saying they are waiting on an allocation, then if they are referring to their 1st allocation, then they are LYING!, If they are referring to additional allocations then this can be true but additional allocations are NOT guaranteed. My dealer is claiming the 1st GT500 didn't count against their 1st allocation and that they are still waiting on 1st allocation to order Mine, i believe this to be total BS. What they have done is given their 1st allocation to the dealership owner, and assuming/hoping they will get another allocation that will then be mine.....which is why they won't put my order in, in fear it will be rejected because of no allocation, they are waiting for confirmation of another allocation before placing my order.

That being said does anybody know when 2nd or additional allocations will be known?
The dealer I have my deposit with is a very large volume dealer. They have already gotten 2 allocations of there total of 6, I am the 3rd and am told it should be any time now from the sales manage who got the information from his rep. I spoke to Noah at FP and he thinks it wont be till January. Not sure who to believe, but am confident I will get a car in 2020.

So I know any dealers can order GT500 without allocation. If a dealer orders a GT500 before they get there 2nd,3rd,XX allocation does it get denied or do they let it sit for a period of time? Guess what i am asking if we are NOT talking about 1st allocations, should a dealer wait on confirmation of additional allocations before placing that order?

If the dealer knows for sure they are getting more allocations they should place the order. I am told once the allocation is confirmed it will get picked up by Ford.

I like to disassemble things.
I'm starting to feel like that build week of 11/18 is going to end up in December...

Mine was schedule for build day of 11/14 and also was pushed back to build week of 11/18. Kyle told me though that my car would be delivered before winter break and that some cars haven't gotten that, so I guess that is some good news to hear. He would not elaborate when winter break would be he just said that it would depend upon weather.

Just called FP and yet again another push back to 1/27 Vin: 890
Orginal build week 10/21, 11/11, 12/23, 1/27
Almost 4 months worth of push backs. I dont see how there gonna build 5,000 cars before next years model comes out at this rate
I’m in the same situation my original build was 11/26 it’s now 1/27. I’m hoping this was last push but at this rate I feel we will get push back again unfortunately.

Join the 1/27 Club. CTFP and/or TO is pushing it backwards...and likely further down the road.

Anthony with FP said more than likely would get pushed again and 1/27 is just a place holder date
Oh well..........on the brighter side, it gives me more time to gather up the funds to pay for it...and pushes the CA Sales Tax into a different tax year.
