Houston kid I know of two GT 500”s built in the first week of Nov that are going to the Houston Area that have still not shipped they are getting painted stripes maybe Ford is waiting for Additional cars headed to Houston -

My car was built Nov 3rd painted stripes iconic Silver the other car is Rapid Red painted Stripes built Nov 4th both we’ll be completed by 12-1 then shipped maybe we can all get our cars by 2nd week of Dec or Sooner

WOW!!! I just got her home today. Earl, thank you so much for all of your help and input. I ordered this car at the end of February really on a whim. I went to this dealer to buy a 2007 Shelby GT with 3000 miles on it. On arrival the car looked like it had 130,000 miles on it. The sales manager felt bad that I had driven 360 miles and mentioned he had to order his 500. I asked him if it was for somebody, he said no and I said why don't you give it to me for sticker really as a joke as at that time they were going for $10,000 - $15,000 over sticker. To make a long story short they agreed. I had just bought a 2019 GT but figured I couldn't pass. The dealer really knew nothing about the cars so that is when I got on the forum. I took over from there, ordered it, etc. Then covid..... After going stir crazy after a couple of months and all of the negative news I figured there was no way I was getting the 500 so I traded my GT in on a 2019 FPB GT350. Absolutely loved that car, tracked it only once but it was awesome. Then things pick up, my car is getting made, I committed to the car so I followed thru and traded in the GT350. Car get produced October 6th, sits at FRAP for a month, transport for weeks etc. But it is here now and I am looking to enjoy it. Earl all of the work you have done for the forum is appreciated so much, and all of the input from the members has been awesome. During the early and unknown times of covid I really looked forward to the forum and your updates. It was great to see the good news and excitement of cars moving to the next stage, being delivered, etc. It was really a source of positivity when everything around us was so negative. Thank You.
