I feel for you guys with these long waits from rail yard to dealer. The yard is literally down the street from my dealer about 15 minutes max. Any new Mustang I have had...and its been plenty... that I ordered was picked up ASAP and delivered to me no later than the next business day.

I pray you get the car as soon as possible so you can provide a glimmer of happiness in the circumstances your family is going through.

Where are people getting rail tracking numbers for their car? Is it possible that they are no longer including that info to Ford? I ask because both my dealer and Ford Performance don't have the CSX tracking number but they do have current tracking location. Maybe CSX got tired of a million inbound calls to track our cars ;)

I’m currently working on getting him a tee time at Southern Hills country club here in Tulsa. It’s the course that hosts the US open, PGA and others. I’m not a member (or a golfer), but my banker is. Hopefully one or both of these things come through. From what I can tell he has about 4 good hours a day. He tries to do something fun each day during that time.
