When I went to save it, a message popped up that a copy was already in the folder, I looked at the date and it was saved on 06/07/2020. I guess I was just looking for the wrong title.

Call you dealer and see if the car has been delivered, if it has not, ask him to expedite the delivery.

But not shipping cars. Mine has spent probably a cumulative time of about 2 months outside. It has been trucked over to another rail yard where it has been sitting since 7/30.

Nah, many of them arrive with a dead battery. They have chargers at the rail yards. It’s not uncommon to find the battery cover in the trunk and the pushpins in the cup holder.

True.. mine was dead.. they jumped it to get it off the truck

Don't sweat it, they are doing QC inspections on the cars coming back from Penske. It is better they do that, than have your dealer find a problem after delivery.
