I have now way to convert it to a readable format.

When I open it in a good browser (Firefox), it looks fine. On my iPad (Safari), its a bit jumbled.

As I recall, #132 is the last of the Ford Company cars and those are in production. So the sticker is available.
Can you find any cars after that VIN number?
