I do not know them, from what I understand the dealership I went thru was awarded 5 allocations, all of which are retail orders. Mine was their last stock order until I took it and made it to my specs.

The are working 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and will be going to a 6 day work week in August, I don't know it they will maintain a 10 hour work day after they go to the 6 day work week.
Hopefully there will be no more Virus related shutdowns.

Assuming that there are 5000 allocations, that would leave 933 allocations waiting for VINs.
