Also, I had another go with launch control on the way home from work, and it is definitely better than it was.

Good to hear it made a difference. And thank God for FORScan! I just looked, it's 8:00pm EST, and your calibration update doesn't show yet. Your TCU must be on hiatus. It'll be interesting to see when it starts blabbing.

I also have been checking. I do find it strange that it has not updated since February 16, 2020. Back in February, I had less than 100 miles on the car, due to winter. I have almost 2,000 miles on it now. I wonder why it hasn't updated since then?

To be a little more specific on the difference in launch control, it definitely responds to taking my foot off the brake quicker. I wish I could say that it's immediate now, but it's pretty close. If I had to guess I would say the delay is half as long now. More surprisingly, the launch feels harder, as in it feels like more power is being sent to the wheels at the initial launch. It could be jus placebo effect, but it also feels like it pulls better now as well. I was only able to get up to 70-80 MPH each time before I had to let off, but its definitely better now.

Well, we both paid ADM, that should cover it

Also, use up your FordPass points to pay for it, if they wont do the right thing and eat it.

Which antenna do you have on the roof and what color is your coolant?

My point was that regardless of that specific shutdown, Job2 cars are likely to have the latest calibration at this time.
