Fresh from Ford.

Probably a good idea to take a peek at your own. As was pointed out to me, we didn't hear from Ford regarding the hose issue - which was pretty prevalent but they felt the need to address this one.

Jan 13 2021 1534 - 2020 Mustang GT500 - Various Transmission Related Concerns And/Or Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)
Some 2020 Mustang GT500 vehicles may exhibit various transmission related concerns and/or DTCs. In addition to following normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, inspect C105, an inline connector next to the right side valve cover, for signs of pushed out terminals, terminal damage, or harness damage. If any pushed out terminals, terminal damage, or harness damage is found, repair as necessary.

Connector they are referring to is C105.

The huge connector mounted on the right strut tower & under the tower brace matches the color code on pins 1, 21 & 41 of the female connector, black/white-brown/black. It's protected by the heat shield, so it's hard to see all the pins.

Of note, Ford released this same thing (again)to the dealer service network again under a different number. Makes me wonder if this is an increasing service concern.
